The wind could be strong enough to blow down trees, rip roofs off buildings and threaten power supplies.<br /><br />The first heavy rain was expected in parts of the northern island of Luzon on Saturday.</span>

Its cloud-filled eye is expected to impact the tip of the Casiguran Peninsula and into Casiguran and Baler Bays early tomorrow morning. Storm surges, violent winds and intense rain are expected all over Aurora and parts of southern Isabela and northern Quezon's shores. Evacuation and rescue is deemed dangerous as of these time in these areas.
